Maintal Spread Apricot is a traditional jam made from whole apricots. Maintal jam is brewed the old-fashioned way in open copper boilers.
The company was founded in 1886 by Josef Muller. It is currently Germany’s largest producer of jams, confitures, fruit purees and organic rosehip seed oil. All Maintal products taste homemade and are made with love!
Features of their products: the traditional method of production is open vats with a copper bottom, steam heating, boiling over low heat with constant stirring. There are no robots at the factory: only experienced jam makers who know how to create a product with a special homemade taste.
The company uses only high-quality fruits and berries: strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, black currants, and sweet apricots from Spain.
